Each character can obtain a piece of exclusive Equipment called Unique Equipment (専用装備). Unique Equipment will grant a character additional stats as well as upgrade their Rank 2 skill.
Acquiring Unique Equipment[]
In order to acquire it, a character must be at least Rank 7. You will also need 3 Princess Hearts 
(or 30 Princess Heart Shards 
), 50 of said character's Memory Pieces 
and 1 million Mana 
.
Upgrading Unique Equipment[]
Unique Equipment can be upgraded just like regular Equipment. To upgrade one, click on the Unique Equipment tab and then click Upgrade (強化する) on the information box on the right.
The Upgrade Screen will pop up, showing the amount of points needed to upgrade that piece. You can use spare Equipment as fodder or use Refining Stones to fill the bar shown. Once the bar is filled, hit the Upgrade (強化) button on the bottom right to finally upgrade your equipment.
Uncapping Unique Equipment[]
The initial level cap of Unique Equipment is 30, but you can increase it up to Level 160. To Uncap, click on the Unique Equipment tab and then click Upgrade (上限解放する) in the information box on the left.
The Uncap Screen will pop up, showing the amount of Memory Pieces, Princess Heart Fragments and Mana needed to increase the Unique Equipment's max level.
